Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival at Trivandrum - Kovalam
Upon arrival at the Trivandrum airport, you will check in at an Ayurvedic Resort. In the afternoon you will consult an Ayurvedic/ Ayurveda physician. Overnight stay will be at the resort.

Day 2: Kovalam
Morning starts with a Yoga and Meditation session, followed by Ayurvedic rejuvenation massage. After it you will stroll around and soak yourself in the natural beauty of the place.

Day 3: Kovalam In the morning you will again go for yoga, meditation and Ayurvedic massage The afternoon will be free for leisure. After it we will go for a boat cruise and explore the traditional Kerala homes. Overnight stay will be at the resort.

Day 4: Kovalam
The morning begins with the regular routine of yoga, meditation and the massage. Later, we will take you on an excursion to Kanyakumari (Cape Comorin), the southernmost point of the Indian main land. Kanyakumari is known for its view of the panoramic sunset. Overnight stay will be at the resort in Kovalam.

Day 5: Kovalam
Morning starts with yoga, meditation and massage regime. After breakfast you will spend the rest of the day at leisure and if you desire you can relax on the exotic beaches. You will have free time in the evening as well. Overnight stay will be at the resort.

Day 6: Kovalam - Departure
It is time to say goodbye to the land of exotic beaches, serene backwaters and magnificent houseboats. On the last day of your Kerala Ayurveda tour you will be transferred to the Trivandrum airport to board the flight for onward journey
